The Trucker. It may look like an easy gig, but it’s hard work. Truckers spend the majority of their waking hours in solitude and are often underpaid and overlooked. Some 70% of all goods are transported by truck, making truck drivers a vital part of our economy. Over 3 million truck drivers are needed to transport 9.2 billion tons of freight annually. They spend about 3 weeks at a time on the road, rolling down the highway in their apartment on wheels. It’s a good living, but it’s a rough life. It takes a great deal of personal sacrifice and commitment to be a trucker.
In this brief, blue-collar Bara original series, Trucker, we will see that we, too, are a sent people as we learn about life on the long haul. We pray that this message will hit your heart like a truck and cause you to recommit to deliver the good news of Jesus!
